Anyone interested in the Amsterdam marathon 16 October?

Regan and Germaine Arendse would like to give our farewell greetings to all the wonderful friends at the Top Form Athletics club as we leave for Holland today to take up positions at a University in Rotterdam. Thank you for the wonderful companionship during the races over the past few years and we wish you all the very best in the future and in your preparations for the 2011 Comrades.

Dr Naz Khan has indicated he will help out with the running of the club website after he completes his specialist examinations in the next. All the best for your exams Naz and many thanks for your offer. Our apologies for not posting info over the last two months as we have prepared for our departure.

We will attempt the Amsterdam marathon in two weeks time and if you are in Europe in the future please give us a call or email and join us on one of the local races. Unitl then, cheers to all.
