Good Top Form representation at the Knysna Forest Marathon

Congratulations to the Top Performers that represented the club at the 2010 Knysna Fores marathon. At least 11 club members braved the early morning chill and took on the challenge of the forest. There was no shortage of hills to climb and the knees took a mighty pounding on some very steep downhills. However, the views of the gorges, mountains and Simola golf estate were magnificent. Sean Falconer has offered to publish a short report of the Top Form Knysna experience in a forthcoming edition.
